Our bespoke packages
At Birkhill we offer two different packages to make sure you can have the best time you possibly can.
Either choose to hire the castle on a self-catered basis with no staff or choose to experience life as Lord or Lady of your own castle and enjoy all the luxuries that come with it.
In our fully-serviced package, our royal butler service will make sure all your needs are met and our selection of incredible private chefs will help curate incredible meals for you and your guests to feast on.
One of the chefs we can use for your catering is Serena McIvor. She is an award-winning fine dining chef who prides herself in using the finest, locally sourced ingredients to create scrumptious meals for you and your guests.
Serena has worked with an endless list of high profile diners including the late Queen so you are in very capable hands. She will work with you directly to create a bespoke menu which you are guaranteed to love.
