Birkhill castle, full of history and charm, is exclusive for you to use . A stunning setting for your intimate wedding and overlooking the Firth of Tay. Accommodating 28 adults and children, the castle welcomes weddings and special events up to 50 guests.
For small weddings, use the chandelier-lit dining room followed by dancing in the ballroom.

Wedding Experience Proposal
You can book Birkhill castle for weddings as part of a minimum 3-night accommodation package.
There are 10 large bedrooms, 2 single rooms and an ideal nursery sleeping up to 6 children. All bedrooms offer quality 500-thread count Egyptian cotton bedlinen, fluffy towels, bathrobes and Essence of Harris soaps and hand lotions.
Kick off the celebration with a welcoming glass of champagne on the lawn, overlooking the ever-changing and spectacular Firth of Tay. Gather in the elegant drawing room or stroll beneath majestic 300-year-old oak, beech and redwood trees in our woodland gardens.
Relax before the big day with a game of golf at nearby St Andrews or for the more energetic with a laughter filled afternoon of Scottish Highland games at Birkhill. Roaring fires and hot whisky toddies in the snow; champagne and summer cocktails on the beach – Birkhill castle is just the right year-round location for your wedding.
We were married in the Wild Garden, amongst towering pines and on a carpet of moss. You could not wish for a more idyllic setting
